If you are an existing CaseBench user (Referrer)

1. Log in to your CaseBench account at casebench.in.
2. Click Refer & Earn in the top navigation bar.
3. Copy your unique referral code or use the one-click WhatsApp share button.
4. Share the link with lawyers and legal professionals in your network.
5. Track your referrals, tier, and pending rewards on the Refer & Earn page.
6. You will receive an email notification when a reward is credited to your account.

If you are new to CaseBench (Referred)

1. Visit casebench.in/signup or open the referral link shared by your colleague.
2. Enter the referral code in the "Referral Code (optional)" field during sign-up. You can also sign in with Google or Apple and enter the referral code on the same page.
3. You will automatically receive 1 free month to try CaseBench — no credit card required.
4. If you activate a paid subscription within 60 days of signing up, an additional free month will be credited to your account.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once the bonus month is added.

• The CaseBench Refer & Earn programme is available to all active CaseBench account holders. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• A referral is considered successful only when the referred user creates a new CaseBench account using the referrer's code and activates a paid subscription within 60 days of account creation.
• Rewards are credited as subscription extensions (free months) and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
• Each referral code is personal and non-transferable. Sharing a code on public coupon websites, deal aggregators, or mass-distribution platforms may result in disqualification of those referrals.
• Self-referral is strictly prohibited. A user may not refer themselves using alternate email addresses, devices, or any other method. Any such attempt will result in forfeiture of rewards and may lead to account suspension.
• Circular referrals — where User A refers User B and User B refers User A — are not permitted and are automatically blocked by the system.
• The referred user must be a genuinely new user. Referrals for users who already have or previously had a CaseBench account will not be rewarded.
• In case of any fraudulent activity, abuse of the referral system, or violation of these terms, CaseBench reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any pending or awarded rewards without prior notice and without liability.
• If a subscription associated with a referral reward is cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback, CaseBench reserves the right to reverse or cancel the corresponding referral reward.
• CaseBench reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn programme — including reward amounts, tier structures, or eligibility criteria — at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
• Rewards are processed periodically and are not instantaneous. CaseBench does not guarantee a specific processing timeline for reward credit.
• Referral rewards may be subject to a maximum accumulation limit as determined by CaseBench from time to time.
• CaseBench is not responsible for referral links or codes shared via third-party platforms (WhatsApp, email, social media) and is not liable for any technical failures in delivery of those shares.
• In case of any dispute regarding the referral programme, the decision of CaseBench shall be final and binding. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Distt. Meerut (U.P.), India.
• These terms are in addition to and subject to CaseBench's general Terms & Conditions.
